Green buildings @ “Green Hour” - 4th of May 2009

Eco Day Care Center in Herastrau Park - 29th of April 2009

Herastrau Day Care Center represents the first project for environmental education, primarily focused on children education towards an environmentalist spirit. Vitalis Consulting will operate as project manager within the project.

Vitalis Consulting to provide project management services for Evocasa Armonia, Evocasa Selecta and Evocasa Uptown

9th of December 2008

Two of the projects are located in Bucharest: Evocasa Armonia totalizing 3 buildings with 393 apartments, due to be delivered in 2010, and Evocasa Selecta, located in a historical zone of Bucharest, totalizing 79 luxury apartments with retail space at ground and 1st floor, due to be delivered in 2009. The third project—Evocasa Uptown is located in Ploiesti. The project consists in the construction of 2 residential buildings with a structural regime of 2 basements, ground floor and 18 upper floors, making it the tallest building in Ploiesti, the execution of one parking building with a structure regime of 1 underground level, ground floor and 2 upper floors and execution of 1 commercial building.
